Church Institutions and the Sole Objective of Evangilization

A 100% reading across the mission statements and objectives of church institutions in Cameroon insinuate that they are out to evangelize the gospel of Christ which is #LOVE through offering affordable services to the vulnerable and less privileged in Communities. The paradox remains what keeps a lot of people wondering if the mission statements and objectives along the lines changes.

Ebasone Kewir says that church hospitals should be half cheaper and his reasoning resounds well with the majority of his followers but a few. Belle Vise, on the other hand, says she hopes doctors like the later will receive half as much pay as they do in such hospitals.

Now what is worrisome is the fact that majority of church institutions; schools and hospitals inclusive have been breathing grounds for low pay, inconsistent pay, discrimination, income inequality, favoritism, mediocre etc. Areas where we expect modesty and values that reflect Christ and the gospel of LOVE we have seen the contrary

My take: Church institutions should be affordable as long as they break even while making just enough for expansion for better provision of their services.

Church Institutions should #WALK their #TALK.
